Mr. Lee joined the company and became our CFO in February 2021.  He has an international finance background and two decades of experience in accounting, auditing, and corporate finance.  Before joining our Company, he served as the finance director for two years at Wanda Sports Group Limited, where he was responsible for its IPO listing in Nasdaq.  Prior to joining Wanda Sport, he was the finance director at Secco Holding Ltd, an online luxury shopping company listed in Nasdaq.  He joined Secoo Holding Ltd from Yongtuo Certified Public Accountants, where he oversaw its international audit portfolios.  He holds a bachelor of business administration degree in Accounting from the University of Houston and is a certified public accountant in the United States.
